Fishy Rains in Lajamanu, Australia


The remote Aboriginal hamlet of Lajamanu in Australia's Outback witnessed an amazing event in 2010. Hundreds of little white fish landed in the downpour along with the opening of the skies.  Both locals and experts were confused by the event, known as "fish rain." According to the dominant theory, the fish were most likely taken by a rainstorm or tornado and then dropped hundreds of kilometres away from their normal environment.

During the summer of 2001 the Wayanad district region of Malabar turned into a slasher movie set. On Monday, 15 July 1957 locals experienced Blood raining from the sky, the red rainfall from the sky above Kerala in southern India gave a sinister appearance to the town. The locals were alarmed because they thought it was a bad omen. After further examination, researchers discovered that the rain had Trentepohlia annulata, a red alga, in its spores. This occurrence, known as "red rain," was natural and unthreatening.

In 2019, coffee beans began to fall from the sky, confusing the locals of Guaxupé, a municipality in Sao Paulo, Brazil. A celebration of the town's coffee harvest was taking place at the time, and some people thought the unexpected downpour was a godly sign from the sky. The phenomenon, according to meteorologists, was an updraft brought on by specific meteorological circumstances.


It was probably Gods way to celebrate their coffee harvest.

However, the next time you visit Sao Paulo, be sure to bring a coffee mug with you.

Attack of the Spiders, Goulburn, Australia


A spider spectacle was reported in 2015 at Goulburn, New South Wales, when tens of thousands of small spiders fell from the sky on silk parachutes. Young spiders using the phenomena, sometimes known as "spider ballooning," to move to new habitats. People watching found the "rain of spiders" to be both fascinating and frightening. 


I guess Spiders finally had it with the residents of Goulburn. 

So, the next time you visit Goulburn keep in mind not to bother a spider, else who knows even you might face an aerial attack.

Locals in Jennings, Louisiana, woke up to a nightmare On July 11, 2007. They were startled by an unusual rainstorm that occurred that year. The sidewalks and streets were covered in wiggling worms as thousands of earthworms dropped from the sky. Theoretically, updrafts lifted the worms from their burrows and carried them along with a passing storm front before they fell back to the ground.
